Digital inspections

Your adjuster stops chasing the photo that's missing.

The facility works from a list you set, item by item. Your adjuster has the complete report within minutes, not days.

What this looks like for your team.

Sending takes about a minute. The rest of the adjuster's time goes to the review, not to following up.

Your adjuster picks the claim and the repair facility, and the VIN fills in the vehicle. The request goes out by text or email, and the technician opens it on the phone already in their hand.

This is what your adjuster opens.

Photos are taken live through the camera in the page and stamped with location and time. Your adjuster gets the actual condition of the vehicle on the day you asked, labelled item by item.

The template sets what comes back.

Set up a template per claim type and your adjusters review the same file every time, in the same order, no matter which facility the claim came from.

  • Guided capture

Nobody has to guess what your program needs.

The request walks the technician through your items one at a time, in the order you set, so what comes back is what you asked for.

  • Photos and video

    A photo can't rattle.

Request video and the technician captures the noise, the leak, or the movement. Your adjuster watches the complaint instead of reading about it.

  • Turnaround analytics

See which facilities slow your claims down.

Turnaround is split into dispatch to open and open to submit, with completion rates and volume by repair facility, so you know where the delay actually is.

  • Notes on any item

Context from the person standing at the vehicle.

The technician can type what they are looking at next to the photo, so your adjuster is not interpreting an image alone.

  • Custom templates

Change the list without stopping work.

Edit a template as your program changes, and leave a new one in draft until you are ready for your adjusters to send it.

  • Dispatch by email or text

Reach the facility the way it actually answers.

Send the request however that facility prefers, and the inspection shows as opened as soon as the technician starts.

Common questions

  • How do we know the photos came from the vehicle in question?

Every photo is taken live through the camera during the inspection, with a GPS fix and timestamp attached. Nothing is uploaded from a gallery, so what your adjuster sees is the vehicle as it sat that day.

  • Does the repair facility need an account?

No. The technician taps the link you send and the inspection opens in their phone browser. The link expires after 24 hours and locks as soon as the inspection is submitted.

  • When does the report show up?

The moment the technician finishes the last item. Nothing sits in a queue, and nobody assembles it by hand, so your adjuster gets a complete report as soon as the technician completes the inspection.

  • Can we change what gets documented?

Yes. Templates let you set the item list your program requires, keep different lists for different claim types, and use them at every facility you send work to.
